Contact information you give us: name, business name, phone number, email address, and anything you write in an enquiry or message.
Account information, if you create one: username, email, and a securely hashed password, held in BENED’s shared identity service.
Project content: photos, logos, business details, and other materials you send us to build your site.
A hashed, one-way version of your IP address, used only to limit spam submissions on the enquiry form — it cannot be reversed back into your actual address.
We don’t run advertising or analytics tracking scripts on this site, and we don’t sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers. We do use one functional cookie, if you create an account, to keep you signed in — nothing more.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and build and support your website.
To send account, security, and project-related email — sign-in codes, proposal notifications, project updates.
To meet our own tax and business record-keeping obligations.
Your information is stored on servers operated by BENED LLC. Email is sent through BENED’s own internal mail system, not a third-party marketing platform. We take reasonable precautions — encrypted backups, access controls — to protect it, but no system is perfectly secure.
We don’t share your information outside BENED LLC, except with service providers that help us operate (for example, our email delivery system), or when required by law.
We keep project and account records for as long as our business relationship continues, and afterward for as long as needed for our own tax, legal, and business records — generally up to seven years for financial records. You can ask us to delete information we’re not required to keep.
You can ask us, at any time, what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we’re legally required to keep.
If you have an account, you can also download a complete copy of your project — including everything you sent us — at any time, with no request needed.

Our services are intended for business owners, not children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the update is posted here with a new effective date.
